The 2008 Commencement Ceremony

Date: Friday, May 2, 2008

Time: 8:00 PM

Place: Monroe County Community College,
            Gerald Welch Health Education Building Auditorium,
           1555 South Raisinville Road, Monroe, MI  48161

Rehearsal: There will be a rehearsal for commencement ceremony participants on that same day, Friday,  beginning at 2:00 PM.  The practice will last approximately 1½ hours and will be held in the Welch Health Education Building Auditorium.

Cap and Gown Ordering: The fee for Cap and Gown is  $17.00.   The fee includes the cap, gown, and one tassel. You will keep your apparel.  Additional tassels may be purchased if you desire. Gown sizes run short.  So if you are tall, order the next size.

Tickets:   Each participant will receive four tickets for guests.   Due to limited seating, no extra tickets will be available.  If you will have unused tickets please return any extra tickets to the Registrar's Office (or at the rehearsal) so that they can be used by other students.
