Link to the Ohio Course Applicability System (CAS)

The University of Toledo has made many transfer guides available on the Ohio Course Applicability System. To access these guides, you will need to create a login. After following the link, select “New Account” to set up your account.

After you have secured a login and have logged in, you can gain access to the transfer guides (called “Planning Guides” by CAS) by taking the following steps:

1. Select “Planning Guides” from the menu on the left.

2. Select the “Request a Planning Guide” button.

3. Select “Ohio” and then “University of Toledo.”

4. Select the UT program for which you would like to view a transfer guide.

5. Select the “Select Cross Reference Institution” button.

6. Select “Michigan” and “Monroe County Community College.”

Answer the questions on the following page, and then submit your request.

Your transfer guide will be accessible from the “Planning Guides” main page after about five minutes.
