We fulfill service requests for equipment, videos or CDs. We clean all audio/video equipment and replace bulbs, repair broken equipment and replace old obsolete equipment as needed. We laminate items for instructors and staff. We design and post information on the TV Information Kiosks through out the campus, tape satellite programs and duplicate videos for tele-courses as needed. We also research and propose possible new audio/video equipment for use at the college.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your request. Use request forms when available (you just fill it out, check mark the items needed and put in my mail box). If you don’t have a form leave me a voice mail at ext. 4220.

Your Name, Phone number or ext., Date & time equipment is needed, the equipment needed, where the equipment is to be set up (room #), time you will be done with equipment. 

Please keep it simple and informative. The information must be for the students, to inform about upcoming events, hours of operation, or change of events. Send me a WHO, WHAT, WHEN, and WHERE and if appropriate we will put the information on the TV information Kiosks for everyone to view.
