Provide basic customer service skills in a position supporting computers in a business environment.
   
Use a help desk program in entering and tracking help desk calls.
  
Determine if a computer problem is either a software or hardware issue.
  
Understand and be aware of the major operating systems that are used in today's business environment.
   
Trouble-shoot and solve basic computer problems in the business environment.
  
Recommend computer software and hardware in today’s business environment.
