Type routine correspondence and reports from dictated, handwritten or typed copy with accuracy.
File in alphanumeric order.
Use Electronic calendaring, scheduling, and payment application software.
Make decisions and establish priorities.
Exchange information in person and while on the telephone using tact and persuasion with patients and the health care provider team while maintaining patient confidentially and remaining in compliance with Hippa rules.
Perform multiple tasks in a stressful environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Understand and use medical terminology in the office and when transcribing.
Apply problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Prioritize and organize thoughts and work while functioning in stressful situations.
Complete research and write reports.
