Beginning Friday, October 16, 2009, our new American Bistro seatings are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m..

Reservations are required and can be made by calling (734) 384-4231 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Cuisine 1300 will be closed the following dates: October 21 and November 16, 23, 25, 26, & 27.

Cuisine 1300's final date of operation for Fall will be Thursday, December 10, 2009.
