Mechanical Design Technology may be for you !
Mechanical Design Technology (MDTC) encompasses some of the most challenging and rewarding technologies of this decade. A mechanical designers touch is on everything you use, from the drawings used to manufacture a cell phone to the prints used to design a vehicle. The way mechanical designers develop products is changing and will continue to change in future decades.  Today, designers must assemble sketches, interpret written and verbal information from engineers and clients, and draft finished sets of plans and documents. So whether you are considering your first career, or looking at a new direction for the future, the field of mechanical design offers flexibility and unlimited growth potential.
