• Visit the Lab in person located in the Campbell Learning Resource Center room C-218

Be prepared to provide the following information:

• Your Name
• Student ID Number
• Telephone Number
• Course Number (for example: MATH 150)
• Instructor's Name
• Reason for the Appointment (for example, text review, homework assistance, etc.
• Textbook Chapter Number (if applicable)
