MCCC’S OFFICE OF LIFELONG LEARNING
OFFERS TAE KWON DO COURSES

MONROE, Mich. – Monroe County Community College’s Office of Lifelong Learning will offer three Tae Kwon Do courses at the college’s main campus.

The four-week sessions are scheduled to begin February 5, February 28 and April 1 and will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. in the Welch Health Education. The cost per session is $49. Students age 5 and up are welcome.

MCCC’s courses in Tae Kwon Do allow students to learn how to punch and kick effectively, while exploring this unique Korean martial art. The courses are instructed by Mark Bergmooser, a certified fourth-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
