AUTUMN OPENING OF MCCC’S
CUISINE 1300 SET FOR OCTOBER 19

MONROE, Mich. – The second-year culinary arts students of Monroe County Community College, Chef Kevin Thomas and Chef Vicki LaValle are pleased to announce the opening of Cuisine 1300 for the 2007 autumn season, which is set for October 19.

Cuisine 1300, a fine dining endeavor of the students and chefs at MCCC, is open to the public by reservation only and includes continental cuisine at affordable prices.

Beginning Friday, October 19 and running through Thursday, December 13, Cuisine 1300 will be open on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with seatings at 11:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., with the exception of the following dates, when it will be closed:  November 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 26.

Reservations are required and can be made by calling (734) 384-4272 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
