MONROE, Mich. – Monroe County Community College has awarded the first Milton G. Russell Memorial Scholarship to Ben Walls in the amount of $1000 to be used for tuition, books and fees.

Walls, who is majoring in business at MCCC, graduated with honors from Bedford High School in 2006. He resides in Lambertville.

The scholarship was established in 2006 by Mrs. Doris Russell in memory of her husband, Milton G. Russell, to benefit residents of Monroe County.
