WHITMAN CENTER TO HOST TRANSFER FAIR

TEMPERANCE, Mich. – Monroe County Community College’s Whitman Center will host a Transfer Fair on Thursday, March 13 from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m.  The Whitman Center is located at 7777 Lewis Avenue in Temperance.

The fair is designed for individuals who plan to eventually transfer college credit to a four-year college or university to earn a bachelor’s degree.  Representatives from numerous four-year institutions will be available.  Students will be able to view college and university exhibits and learn about available majors, prerequisites, financial aid and scholarships and distance learning opportunities.

The following four-year colleges and universities will be represented:

• Eastern Michigan University
• Heidelberg College
• Lourdes College
• Madonna University
• Mercy College of Northwest Ohio
• Siena Heights University
• Spring Arbor University
• University of Michigan
• University of Toledo
