Q. Where should I park to access the Testing Center?

A. The closest parking lots are #6 and #7.

Q. Once I’ve started my test, can I leave the Testing Center and finish it later, or on another day?

A. If you are completing the COMPASS test and you need to leave due to a time issue or another emergency related issue, the test is set up so that it remembers wherever you have left off and will begin there when you return to complete it.

A. If you are completing a Make-up test, you are not permitted to leave the testing area.

Q. How are test results obtained and how long does it take?

A. COMPASS test results are obtained when you meet with a counselor.

Q. Can the Testing Center accommodate special testing needs?

A. If special testing accommodations are required, the Learning Assistance Lab should be contacted for those arrangements.

Q. Are there any fees for using the Testing Center?

A. COMPASS testing – no charge

A. Make-up testing for MCCC students – no charge

A. There is a $25 fee per test for any non MCCC student.  If the student is from another Michigan Community College, the testing fee is waived.
