Registration Process for New Students...

Beginning April 10

New students may register for classes by webPAL or by SMART but ONLY if you've completed the "Getting Started Is Easy" steps outlined above.

Registration for new students begins on April 10 and continues through August 30.
The registration system ( and ) will be available during the following days and hours:

Register in Person

New students may also register in person. Before you can register for classes be sure to review "Getting Started Is Easy" above. All steps must be completed in order to register.

MCCC offices are open 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each weekday except Fridays during the Spring and Summer (see below).

Friday: 8:00 am to Noon

FEE PAYMENT: Students registering prior to August 12 will have until then to pay tuition and fees. Beginning August 12 , payment of tuition and fees are due at the time of registration.

LATE REGISTRATION: After classes begin, students may register or add a class prior to the second scheduled class meeting. Short courses or evening and Saturday classes, which meet only once a week, may not be entered once the class has met for the first time. On-line and Video classes may not be entered once the orientation has been held, or the date to email the instructor has passed.


One-Stop Registration Day

For your convenience, MCCC sponsors a One-Stop Registration Day where new students can complete the entire admissions and registration process in one visit.  You can meet with an advisor, take the placement test (if necessary), meet with a financial aid representative, register for Fall Semester classes, pay fees and even purchase books.  The MCCC One-Stop Registration Day is scheduled for:

Building A on the MCCC Main Campus

The COMPASS placement test will be given continually between 9 am and 12:30 pm. For more information, please call the Admissions and Guidance Office at (734) 384-4104.
