Eligibility

Monroe County Community College Upward Bound Program serves 110 students from Monroe High
School and Airport High School.

Since this is a federally funded program, students may be selected based on the following criteria:

1. Completion of the eighth grade.
2. Interest in attending a college after high school.
3. Neither parent or legal guardian(s) has graduated from a four year college/university.
4. The participant meets certain income requirements.
5. Ninth or tenth grade student at Monroe High School and Airport High School.
