Are you age 21 or above and considering college but wondering if you can juggle everything that is necessary to pursue your dreams? We can help! Attend the Adult Learner Open House to learn how.
Meet with faculty, staff and current students and learn about:
- Academic preparation for college-level work
- Admissions, orientation and registration
- Financial aid opportunities, including access free-tuition programs for those who qualify (a Michigan Reconnect representative will be present.)
- Student Success Center services such as tutoring, disability services, assistance with
- Developing soft skills and career readiness, mental health services, Heck’s Market Food Pantry, writing and presentation services, and more
- Areas of study (Representatives will be on hand to provide information on all of MCCC’s pathways.)
- Short-term career training through the offices of Lifelong Learning and Workforce Development

At the Open House, you will be able to complete the Application for Admission and Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is required for consideration for free tuition programs and institutional scholarships.
