Identify different networking concepts, operating systems and computers that are used in today's businesses.

Demonstrate responsible computer use as it deals with social, political, legal and ethical issues in today's electronic society.

Set-up and maintain different networks, operating systems and computers that are used in today's businesses.

Demonstrate knowledge of the profession, its organizations, goals and leadership roles, literature/publications, issues, and research foundations.

Demonstrate foundation knowledge of information security/assurance within the organization.

Demonstrate knowledge of security objectives and policy development.

Update and upgrade different computer hardware and operating systems in today's businesses.

Perform routine maintenance on the different computer hardware and operating systems used in today's businesses.

Demonstrate an understanding of risk management, risk assessment, vulnerability assessment, and take preventative measures against the threats.

Demonstrate business continuity and disaster recovery techniques.
