CANCELLED OR POSTPONED CLASSES, PROGRAMS AND EVENTS (COVID-19)

PROGRAM POSTPONEMENT INFO

Practical Nursing Program Postponement Info: MCCC has postponed the Summer Semester portion of its Practical Nursing certificate program curriculum until the Fall 2020 Semester and will not admit a new cohort of students into the program for Winter Semester 2021.

PN to RN Program Postponement Info: The PN to RN option set to begin this year will be deferred until next year (May 2021). In order to move students through the PN to RN option, transition coursework must be completed during the summer semester, and MCCC is unable to do that at this time. Students who were accepted into the program for 2020 will not need to reapply to the program; their seats are guaranteed for next year. While students will be unable to complete PN to RN/nursing coursework at this time, they may use this next year to complete any non-nursing coursework that is still required, including any necessary general education courses.

CANCELLED EVENTS/NON-CREDIT CLASSES (LIFELONG LEARNING/TRAINING)

Due to continued concerns about Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), all scheduled on-campus events and on-ground non-credit classes at Monroe County Community College during the spring and summer are cancelled until the start of the Fall Semester, which begins August 26.
