Prospective Students

The Americans with Disabilities Act (1990), The American with Disabilities Amendments Act (2008) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (1973) are designed to prevent discrimination against individuals with disabilities. To comply with this legislation, Monroe County Community College has developed a non-discrimination policy.

What is a Disability?
