Advisory committees are important connection between Monroe County Community College and the work world.

These committees assess how academic programing meets the current occupational needs of employers; make recommendations on curriculum, technology and equipment, and provide input to help prepare students for work in their chosen field.

As an advisory committee member at MCCC, your input and feedback plays a vital role to ensure that the college’s curriculum remains relevant and valuable in today's workplace.  Members attend meetings a few times per year, suggest agenda items, complete surveys and more.
