Alumni Membership Benefits MCCC’s Alumni Association offers three levels of membership:  Annual, Lifetime and Lifetime-Friend.  All levels receive the following benefits:

  • A subscription to the Alumni Association newsletter.
  • Special invitations to college and Foundation at MCCC events
  • MCCC Library privileges
  • Eligibility for membership in the Education Plus Credit Union
  • Eligibility for MCCC Fitness Center membership for an additional $50 per year
  • Free services from the Office of Workforce Development, including job information, referrals, mailing of credential packets to potential employers, and access to a variety of job-seeking skills seminars and reference materials
  • 15 percent discount on all MCCC Bookstore purchases upon presentation of membership card (excludes textbooks and software)
  • $2 discount on tickets to selected events at Meyer Theater
  • Ability to nominate students for Alumni Association scholarships

Alumni Association Membership Application

Cost: $15 per year ($5 of which is donated to the Alumni Scholarship Fund). 

Eligibility: Annual membership in open to individuals who are graduates or have earned 24 credits or more, Lifelong Learning certificate holders whose certificate required 36 hours or more, MCCC full-time employees, MCCC emeritus faculty and MCCC Board of Trustee members.

Cost: One-time payment of $50 ($25 of which is donated to the Alumni Scholarship Fund) 

Eligibility: Lifetime membership open to individuals who are graduates or have earned 24 credits or more, Lifelong Learning certificate holders whose certificate required 36 hours or more, MCCC full-time employees, MCCC emeritus faculty and MCCC Board of Trustee members.

Cost: One-time payment of $50 ($25 of which is donated to the Alumni Scholarship Fund). 

Eligibility: Lifetime friend membership includes those individuals who have earned between 0-23 credit hours and do not qualify for an annual membership or lifetime membership. Lifetime friend members are not eligible to sit on the Alumni Association Board of Directors. A lifetime friend membership can be transferred to a lifetime membership once the individual completes the lifetime membership requirements.
