MCCC Office of Lifelong Learning offers a variety of non-credit, continuing education programs for personal interest and professional development in areas such as:
- Career exploration
- Computer skills
- Health care/medical career training
- Home inspection
- Motorcycles safety
- Real estate
- Skilled trades
- State/professional licensure
- Workforce training
Classes are typically offered in the evening and on weekends on Main Campus in Monroe or at the Whitman Center in Temperance. A wide range of online courses are also offered. A complete class schedule with course descriptions is published in August and January. Most of the courses offered are short-term and geared for the busy adult. Many one-night classes, one-day workshops are available.

Online via WebPAL: NOTE If you have never taken a class at MCCC (credit or non-credit) you cannot register online. You must call the Office of Lifelong Learning at (734) 384.4127 to register with a credit card or mail your registration form and payment to our office. The next time you want to register for a class, you can set up your account on and register online
Monroe County residents age 60 or over qualify for a discount of non-credit course tuition charges. The amount seniors are required to pay, which includes all applicable fees, is indicated next to each class throughout the Lifelong Learning schedule.
