At MCCC, we know you are busy. That’s why our goal is to make college as convenient as possible by offering a bevy of online and blended classes, flexible course scheduling, a satellite location serving southern Monroe County and two universities – Siena Heights University and Spring Arbor University – offering four-year degrees on our campus. With all these options, you can take classes at places and times that fit your life.

MCCC offers hundreds of online and blended classes.  Online classes deliver instruction in an entirely Web-based format. Blended classes combine a significant amount of Web-based instruction with some face-to-face classroom instruction.

Whitman Center

South County Location: Whitman Center

MCCC’s Whitman Center allows those in southern Monroe County and northern Toledo to save time by taking some classes closer to home. The Whitman Center in Temperance offers a wide range of credit courses applicable toward an associate degree, as well as many Lifelong Learning classes. Most of the student services available at the Main Campus are also available at Whitman Center, including placement testing, academic advising and career counseling. The staff is available to provide the services that MCCC students need throughout their educational experience.

Four Year Universities

Four-year Universities on Campus

For students who wish to earn a four-year degree on campus at Monroe County Community College, the college has partnered with Siena Heights University and Spring Arbor University. SHU offers a variety of its degree programs on MCCC’s Main Campus, including bachelor’s degrees in accounting, applied science, business administration, criminal justice, multidisciplinary studies, professional communication and psychology.

SAU’s Metro Toledo site is located at MCCC’s Whitman Center in Temperance, offering bachelor’s degrees in social work, nursing and business.
