Cuisine 1300, located in the Audrey M. Warrick Administration Building, is an on-campus fine dining experience provided by the second-year MCCC culinary students and Chef Kevin Thomas and Chef Vicki LaValle.
Please Note: Our Culinary Skills & Management Program is currently under review/revision and is not accepting new students for 2019-20 academic year. New course requirements will be available in the Fall of 2020. Therefore, the college is still determining what the Cuisine 1300 restaurant operation will entail for the 2019-20 academic year.
