Customized Training And Retraining

MCCC provides employee training programs in a variety of technical and management areas. These programs can be customized and delivered for any number of people at MCCC’s campus sites in Monroe or Temperance or at your place of business. MCCC can provide training that meets the schedule of your workforce and save your company the time and expense of sending employees away for needed training.

Whether your organization needs training in supervision/management, new manufacturing processes, software applications or basic skills, MCCC can work with members of your staff to develop a customized training program tailored to meet the specific needs of your employee groups. The list of potential programs is virtually endless. The high-quality, customized programs provided locally by MCCC are very cost effective.

Customized training can be delivered in a much shorter timeframe than regular college classes and, typically, no college credit is earned towards a degree.  However, if college credit is desired for training, this can be delivered at the onsite at your business or at either of our campus locations.
