Under the direction of the Dean of Applied Science & Engineering Technology Division, the Apprentice Coordinator is responsible for managing apprenticeship enrollment and advisement by responding to apprentice-related inquiries, maintaining paperwork that relates to apprentices and their employers, supporting the development of the Perkins grant application and other externally funded grants related to apprenticeship, and helping meet reporting requirements.

Under the supervision of the Dean of Applied Science & Engineering Technology Division, the Welding and Manufacturing Lab Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and safety of the welding and machine labs by ensuring that all related equipment is in proper working condition, assisting with lab setup, supporting faculty instruction, and maintaining tools and materials.

Under the supervision of the Dean of Applied Science & Engineering Technology Division, the ASET Tech Specialist and Makerspace Coordinator assists students and faculty with basic computer operation, file management procedures, hardware use and software programs used in the Applied Sciences and Engineering Technology Division (ASET), provides general and technical support for students and staff in open labs, as well as overseeing all activities and equipment within the Makerspace facility, and helps develop programs, provides services, and supports recruitment activities specifically designed to meet the needs of the ASET students and faculty.

Under the supervision of the Dean of Applied Science & Engineering Technology Division, the Automotive Lab Technician is responsible for keeping automotive facilities and equipment in working condition, establishing instructional and equipment needs, establishing annual automotive facilities budgets, supporting faculty with lab activity, and assisting with the hiring, training, and supervision of student laboratory assistants.

Under the direction of the Dean, the Division Coordinator provides strategic support to the dean and overall division operations and is responsible for responding to inquiries about programs and issues, maintaining department files, assisting with budgeting and financial management, assisting with preparation of the semester schedule, and preparing various reports and documents.
