Single stall restrooms that are open to individuals regardless of sex or gender are available on the MCCC main campus.
As of February, 2024, this is where you can find them:
C-building: one on Level 1 and one on Level 2 (walk around the corner from the gender-labeled restrooms to find these)
F-building: two on each wing, next to the gender-labeled restrooms
L-building: one on Level 1 and one on Level 2.
S-building: one across the hall from the Safe Space: A Multicultural Student Center (S1-65)
