COVID-19 UPDATE: SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATION FOR ON-GROUND CLASSES EXTENDED; STUDENTS CAN STILL REGISTER FOR ONLINE AND BLENDED CLASSES

Due to continuing concerns about COVID-19, Monroe County Community College has extended its suspension of registration for fully on-ground Fall Semester classes into early next week; however, students can still register for online and blended classes – classes that are primarily online with limited on-ground attendance. COVID-19 UPDATE: SUMMER PORTION OF PRACTICAL NURSING PROGRAM POSTPONED UNTIL FALL, NO NEW COHORT FOR WINTER

Due to limitations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Monroe County Community College has postponed the Summer Semester portion of its Practical Nursing certificate program curriculum until the Fall 2020 Semester and will not admit a new cohort of students into the program for Winter Semester 2021. 

The current cohort of Practical Nursing program students will graduate in May 2021 rather than December. These students were notified of the situation and their academic plan going forward via an official email earlier this week from Dr. Kim Lindquist, dean of the Health Sciences Division and director of nursing.  READ PRESS RELEASE

MCCC Faculty and Staff Fabricate Face Shields and Secure PPE Thanks to Donations from Partners and Employees
