COMPLETING WINTER CLASSES (COVID-19)

Due to concerns about Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Monroe County Community College campus will be closed to all external individuals effective Friday, March 20 through Sunday, April 12.  This includes Main Campus, Whitman Center and Hurd Road.

For the remainder of the Winter Semester, MCCC will continue to deliver classes via remote formats, including labs that can be moved to online formats; however, the college is cancelling all face-to-face labs and clinicals, fieldwork, internships and co-ops, and testing services that cannot be delivered remotely. Faculty are communicating to students their intent to deliver labs and clinicals online should they be moving to this format.

Students enrolled in cancelled classes will receive an Incomplete (“I”) and may re-enroll in any section of the same course when it is offered again in the Fall 2020 or Winter 2021 semesters, at no cost. Students may only re-enroll once per class for which they are awarded an Incomplete.

Student services and support will be provided remotely, including academic advising/counseling, financial aid, library assistance, online learning support, registration, tutoring and the Writing Center.
