Dr Geneva – Michigan Women’s Commission – Dr. Geneva Williams is the CEO and founder of Dr. Geneva Speaks and the creator of The Vibrant Life Blueprint©. Her remarkable career in the United Way, including her time as the organization's first female executive, saw her pioneering innovative, neighborhood-based programs for children, youth, and families and leading successful regional volunteerism campaigns.
Dr. Geneva also led the merger of two United Ways, and developed Detroit's Promise with the mayor and auto industry to arrange volunteer and professional commitments to impoverished children. Dr. Geneva attended Harvard Business School and taught at the United Way of America's Academy of Volunteerism.
