Nationally Known, Homegrown Comedian Brad Wenzel to Perform at MCCC

Only about 150 Tickets Remain 

MONROE, Mich. – Nationally known comedian Brad Wenzel, who hails from Monroe, will return home to perform his stand-up act at Monroe County Community College on Saturday, Dec. 17.

The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the college’s La-Z-Boy Center, which is located on the Main Campus, 1555 S. Raisinville Rd., Monroe.

Only about 150 tickets remain available for the show.

Wenzel is known for his offbeat, one-liner comedy. With a youthful and unassuming presence on stage, he has been described as “the tin-can-kicker of comedy” due to his methodical delivery and barrage of clever jokes.  

Last year, Wenzel made his television debut on “Conan.”  He has opened for legends like Gilbert Gottfried and Louie Anderson and appeared at prominent showcases, including Meltdown in Los Angeles, Knitting Factory in New York and Comedians You Should Know in Chicago.
