Community Conversation on Athletics at MCCC Set for Dec. 4

MONROE, Mich. – On Dec. 4, Monroe County Community College President Dr. Kojo A. Quartey will host the first of a series of community conversations regarding the idea of bringing athletics back to Monroe County Community College.

The forum will take place from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in Room 173c of the Audrey M. Warrick Student Services/Administration Building (Building A), which is located on MCCC’s Main Campus at 1555 S. Raisinville Rd in Monroe. 

Quartey said that over the past few years, students, staff and community members have come to him about bringing sports back to MCCC, and the college would like to seek community input on this idea.
