MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Clement Scholarship to Antonio Bally in the amount of $358.
Bally, of Newport, is a 2016 graduate of Monroe Jefferson High School and is studying Cyber Security at MCCC. He is a volunteer at his church. His parents are Martin and Pauline Bally.
