MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Robbin Ramage Scholarship to Richard Silsbe. The $150 scholarship is to be used for tuition, books, and fees.
Silsbe, of Monroe, is a 2017 Monroe High School graduate pursuing an associate’s degree at MCCC. He is the son of Jeffrey and Lorie Silsbe.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be a resident of Monroe County.
