The Foundation At MCCC Awards The William A. Noseworthy Memorial Scholarship

MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the William A. Noseworthy Memorial Scholarship to Katelyn Greiner and Kayla Homolka. Each $1,000 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees, supplies and books.

Greiner of Temperance is a 2016 graduate of Bedford High School. She will be studying nursing while attending MCCC. She is the daughter of Dana Greiner and Holly Steele.

Homolka of Petersburg is a 2017 graduate of Whiteford Agricultural High School. She is studying nursing while attending MCCC. Homolka is an EMT for Monroe Community Ambulance and is the daughter of Charlie and Dawn Homolka.

To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be enrolled part-time, be a resident of the state of Michigan and have a 3.0 grade point average. Highest preference shall be given to students with a demonstrated financial need.
