MCCC is seeking nominations for the 2020 MCCC Alumnus of the Year Award and the 2019 College Supporter of the Year Award.
The Alumnus of the Year Award was established by the MCCC Board of Trustees in 1996 to recognize and honor an outstanding alumnus who has made contributions to his or her career, community and the college.
Individuals eligible to receive the award include past and/or present students who have earned 24 credit hours or more or past and/or present students who have graduated from MCCC.
Nominations for this award may be submitted by past and/or present students who have earned 24 credit hours or more or past and/or present students who have graduated from MCCC, past or present MCCC faculty and staff, and the MCCC Board of Trustees. Nomination forms are due to the President’s Office by Feb. 7.
The College Supporter of the Year Award may be presented annually by the Board of Trustees. Criteria considered includes: general support for the college and its programs, volunteer work that supports the college, substantial financial and/or equipment contributions to the college, substantial scholarship donations, and/or extensive participation on college advisory, standing or ad hoc committees.
Nominations for this award may be submitted by MCCC faculty and staff and the MCCC Board of Trustees. Nomination forms are due to the President’s Office by March 15.
