The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Scholarship to Rylie Etts. The $200 scholarship is to be used for tuition, books and fees.
Etts of Temperance is a 2019 Bedford High School graduate. She is pursuing an associate degree while attending MCCC and is interested in pursuing a career in social work. Rylie is the daughter of Troy and Lea Etts.
