MCCC Study Abroad Trip Planned For Eastern Europe May 2022 LEARN MORE DURING ZOOM SESSIONS ON MARCH 18 AT NOON AND 5:30 P.M.

Members of the community are invited to join students and alumni from Monroe County Community College to learn more about short-term study abroad programs during virtual informational meetings on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at 12:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Information about the May 2022 MCCC Business and Culture Eastern Europe Study Abroad Program and the 2023 study abroad programs being planned will be presented.

The May 2022 Business and Culture Eastern Europe program will include visits to Krakow, Poland, Budapest, Hungary and Prague, Czech Republic with a possible extension to Vienna, Austria. The target dates for the trip are May 16 to 27, 2022. Study abroad programs are open to all MCCC students, alumni, and community members.

While on traveling, participants will learn about the three jewels of Eastern Europe: Budapest, Krakow and Prague and stand beneath fortified castles, visit the World Heritage Site of Auschwitz, and be immersed in Eastern European culture and business environments. This program will be a rewarding and enlightening learning experience to enrich participant’s personal growth and enhance professional opportunities.

MCCC students, alumni, and community members who participate in a study abroad program must apply and enroll in at least one of the courses offered in the program. The course may be taken for credit or non-credit.
