MCCC & SEMCA HOSTING 'ALL THINGS APPRENTICESHIP' EVENT NOV. 14

Semca flyerTo kickoff 2022 National Apprenticeship Week in Southeast Michigan, Monroe County Community College will be hosting "All Things Apprenticeship - MCCC Edition" on Monday, November 14, 2022 from 9 a.m. - noon in the Career Technical Center on the college's main campus, 1555 S. Raisinville Road in Monroe, MI. The event is free and being held in collaboration with SEMCA MiWorks. 

This event is designed for local employers and will showcase apprenticeships – focusing on college curriculum, business services, currently available funding sources and much more. There will be panel discussions with the US Dept. of Labor, Business Services Team, MCCC instructors, the Workforce Intelligence Network, with testimonials from both employers and apprentices to showcase different perspectives. A tour of MCCC's CTC will also be a part of the event.
