culinary open houseMonroe County Community College's Office of Lifelong Learning will host a Culinary Open House on January 30.

At the open house, attendees will get to enjoy a sampling of foods that they can learn how to make this semester through various noncredit workshops and classes.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will run from 5:30-730 p.m. in the college's Cuisine 1300 restaurant, which is located in the Warrick Student Center (Building A) adjacent to the Office of Admissions and Guidance.

According to Tina Pillarelli, director of Lifelong Learning, MCCC's chef instructors will be available to answer questions about the food being served, as well as what will be covered in the upcoming course offerings.
