THE FOUNDATION AT MCCC AWARDS THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT AIM AND ACHIEVE SCHOLARSHIP

The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Student Government Aim & Achieve Scholarship to Kendall Comer. The $500 scholarship is for tuition, books and fees.

Comeer photoComer, of Temperance, is a graduate of Bedford High School. She is studying communications at MCCC and is a member of Student Government and Sports Club. She is the owner of a non-profit organization, Sensory Processing Awareness for Children’s Education, donating learning tools for local elementary-aged students who have been diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorders.  In 2021-2022 she was named Miss Monroe County making over 100 community appearances and visiting over 10,000 students.  Kendall is the daughter of Chad and Crystal Comer.To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be an active member of the MCCC Student Government and remain active during the term of the scholarship, as well as maintain a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
