The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Brian Rothman Memorial Scholarship to Tristan Mann. The $950 scholarship is to be used for tuition and fees.
Mann, of Monroe, is a 2023 graduate of Monroe High School. He is studying cybersecurity and information assurance at MCCC. Tristan was a member of the Honors Program and worked in the Student Success Center as a student technology assistant, where he was able to use his knowledge to assist students having issues with their computers. He is the son of Shawna Mann and Allen Mann.
To be eligible for this scholarship a student must be a MCCC student, pursuing a degree in computer information systems and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Preference is given to Monroe High School graduates.
