Doody, of Carleton, is a 2024 graduate of Lutheran High School Westland. He is studying business management while attending MCCC with plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in finance. During high school he played basketball and ran track and cross country as well as participating in many community service activities. He continues to stay involved in community service through his church, St. John’s Lutheran Church. Jack is the son of Dan and Jennifer Doody.
Inch, of Flat Rock, is a 2024 graduate of Flat Rock High School. She is studying psychology as well as criminal justice while attending MCCC, with plans to attend University of Toledo to further her studies. While attending FRHS, Rebekah was vice president of her class, a member of the National Honor Society and marching band. She serves as a Writing Fellow at MCCC. Rebekah is the daughter of Catherine Inch and Anthony Inch.
Jones, of Monroe, is a 2023 St. Mary Catholic Central High School graduate. She is pursuing an associate of science degree at MCCC after a year of study at John Carroll University with plans to transfer to a four-year university. She is a certified pharmacy technician and employed by Meijer Pharmacy. She was the co-valedictorian of her SMCC class, actively involved in a variety of sports and community service activities, including tutoring, mission trips and God Works! volunteer, and is a three-time world Brazilian Sport Jiu Jitsu champion .While at MCCC she serves as a biology and chemistry notetaker for her fellow students. Charlotte is the daughter of Janeen and Bryan Jones.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must show financial need and must maintain nine credit hours or more per semester and have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
