The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Perry Scholarship to Denver Jackson. The $1,325 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees and books.
Jackson, of Dundee, is a 2017 graduate of Milan High School. He is studying nursing while attending MCCC. He volunteers coaching his church’s softball team, which lead the team to a championship. Denver is the husband to Emily and son to Tracy and Brian Faunce.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must maintain full time enrollment, have a 3.0 grade point average and be enrolled in a transfer program that is offered at MCCC.
