THE FOUNDATION AT MCCC AWARDS THE WILLIAM J. & HILDRETH C. BRAUNLICH MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the William J. and Hildreth C. Braunlich Memorial Scholarship to Felicity Mugler and Jasmine Paquette.  Each $1,650 scholarship is to be used for tuition, books and fees.

Mugler, of Temperance, is a 2025 graduate of St. Mary Catholic Central High School. She will be studying Criminal Justice Law Enforcement at MCCC. While at SMCC, she was a member of the Student Prevention Leadership Team (SPLT), did a lot of community service hours at volleyball camps and clinics along with working at food banks.  Felicity is the daughter of Maricela and Kevin.

Paquette, of Monroe, is a 2025 graduate of St. Mary Catholic Central High School. She plans to pursue a degree in Business or Communications while at MCCC.  While at SMCC, she was actively involved in the Students Participating in Learning International Traditions Club, served on student council and was a member of the tennis team.  Jasmine was involved in the community and school through service, leadership and team participation.  She has volunteered teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), which was incredibly rewarding supporting others.

To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must have graduated from SMCC, have shown academic achievement, participated in student activities or community service and demonstrate financial need.
