MCCC RANKED IN TOP 8% OF COMMUNITY COLLEGES NATIONWIDE BY WALLETHUB

MONROE, Mich. – WalletHub, an award-winning personal finance company that empowers consumers to lead financially healthy lives, has ranked Monroe County Community College in the top 8% of community colleges in the U.S. for 2026.

MCCC ranked No. 51 out of 613 community colleges in the U.S., placing it among the top 5 Michigan community colleges in the sample.

The 613 colleges evaluated were pulled from the American Association of Community Colleges’ members list. The evaluation examined schools on three components: Cost and Financing, Education Outcomes and Career Outcome.
