The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Hallie H. Billmire Scholarship to Kyleigh Sharp. The $1,500 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees, books, supplies and other education expenses.
Sharp, of Monroe, is a 2021 graduate of Monroe High School. She is currently in the respiratory therapy program at MCCC and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Sharp is the daughter of Brian and Laurie Sharp.
