The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Kimberly Reaume Memorial Scholarship to Laci Ellis. The $1,100 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees and books.
Ellis, of Erie, is a 2023 graduate of Mason High School, Erie, MI. She is studying nursing while attending MCCC. While attending high school, she was a member of the Monroe County Health Committee. Ellis is the daughter of Carla and Mark Ellis.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be a Monroe County resident, maintain a 2.5 minimum grade point average, maintain a part-time enrollment status, defined as six credit hours, and be enrolled in the registered nursing program.
