The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Scholarship to Laura Barror. The $300 scholarship is to be used for tuition, books and fees.
Barror, of Monroe, is a 2023 Jefferson High School graduate. She is studying business management at MCCC. She is the daughter of Charlene and David Barror.
