The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Selma Rankins Memorial Scholarship to Haley Kuebbeler. The $500 Winter 2026 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees and books.
Kuebbeler, of Temperance, is a 2025 graduate of Bedford High School. She is studying early childhood education at MCCC. She volunteers for YoungLife as a leader. Haley is the daughter of Ann Kuebbeler and Jefffrey Kuebbeler.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be pursuing a career in education, demonstrate financial need, a resident of Monroe County, MI, a United States citizen and a graduate of a Monroe County, MI, high school. Preference may be given to a Monroe High School graduate who must have and maintain a 2.5 grade point average.
